In Q1FY26, the net sales increased by 17.2 per cent to Rs 218.70 crore and the net profit increased by 13.7 per cent to Rs 47.17 crore compared to Q1FY25. In FY25 results, the net sales increased by 8 per cent to Rs 711.11 crore and the net profit increased by 12 per cent to Rs 200.12 crore compared to FY24.

Recently, the company has partially redeemed 1,200 of its 9.95 per cent Listed, Secured Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (Series- PDL042024, ISIN: INE420C07106) on their maturity date of July 12, 2025. These NCDs, each with a face value of Rs 1,00,000, were redeemed under the issue terms. The remaining 600 NCDs under the same ISIN are scheduled to mature on October 10, 2025.
