PVR Limited: PVR Pictures, the film arm of PVR Limited collaborates with Panorama Studios International for production and distribution of films.
Reliance Industries: As part of finding financing opportunities, the company has entered into agreements with foreign lenders to avail long-term loans amounting to US$1.85 billion to be used for capital expenditure.
Emami Group: The conglomerate is exploring options to divest select cement assets which have no further expansion plans and also selling its mining business.
Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited: Non-bailable arrest warrants are issued against Kislay Panday and Mani Ram Panday who ran an organized racket which involved in blackmailing the company and attempting to extort money.
SpiceJet Limited: The company introduces Riyadh as its 10th international destination along with launching eight new non-stop international flights.
Nestle India: Nestle India introduces ‘Maggi Fussian Noodles’ range noodles in a range of flavours such as Bangkok Sweet Chili, Hong Kong Spicy Garlic and Singaporean Tangy Pepper.
