Britannia Industries Limited: The company has denied speculations about its Managing Director Varun Berry.

Signet Industries Limited: The company has announced that it has received order worth Rs. 190 crore from L&T Limited, Tata Projects Limited and GA Infra Pvt. Limited. The company is engaged in manufacturing of plastic products and wholesale trading of chemicals and plastics. 

Excel Crop Care Limited: Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) has ordered the company to close its manufacturing operations at the Bhavnagar plant for 15 days.

SBI Life Insurance: The offer for sale (OFS) by the company was subscribed 52 per cent till Wednesday afternoon.

Reliance Infrastructure: The company has announced that it has received an order from Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation (MSRDC) for the Versova-Bandra Sea Link project (VBSL) in Mumbai worth Rs 7,000 crore.
