Abhishek Integrations Limited has allotted 63,38,070 equity shares as bonus shares to eligible shareholders. The bonus shares have a face value of Rs 10 each and were issued in a 1:1 ratio, meaning shareholders received one fully paid-up bonus equity share of Rs 10 for every one existing equity share held.

The eligibility was determined based on the company's register of members, including beneficial owners maintained by the depositories, as of the record date of August 24, 2026.

Following the bonus share allotment, Abhishek Integrations' paid-up equity share capital has increased from Rs 6.34 crore to Rs 12.68 crore.

Before the issue, the company had 63,38,070 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs 10 each. Following the allotment, the total number of fully paid-up equity shares has increased to 1,26,76,140 shares, with the face value remaining at Rs 10 per share.

The bonus shares have been allotted in dematerialised form and will be credited to the respective beneficiary accounts of eligible shareholders. For shareholders holding shares in physical form as of the record date, the corresponding bonus shares will initially be credited to a separate demat suspense account, subject to applicable regulations and requirements.

Bonus Shares to Rank Pari-Passu

The rights attached to the newly allotted bonus equity shares will be in accordance with the company's Memorandum and Articles of Association. The bonus shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares in all respects.

The deemed date of allotment of the bonus shares is August 25, 2026, in accordance with the applicable SEBI circular. The company has further stated that the bonus shares will be available for trading on both BSE and NSE from Wednesday, August 26, 2026, the next working day following the allotment.

The promoter stake increased to 62.88 per cent in June 2026, compared with 60.92 per cent in March 2026, marking an increase of 1.96 percentage points quarter-on-quarter.
