The projects carry a combined annual lease rent of Rs 2.49 crore, comprising Rs 73.40 lakh for the NH-44 Gwalior–Jhansi Corridor project at Dabra and Rs 1.76 crore for the NH-752D Ujjain–Garoth Corridor project at Dhanodiya. Both projects were awarded on July 30, 2026, with execution to commence after the submission of performance security and execution of the concession agreements.

PVV Infra Project Details

The first project is located on the NH-44 Gwalior–Jhansi Corridor in Dabra, Madhya Pradesh, where the company has been selected as the successful bidder for developing and operating highway wayside amenities.

The second project is located on the NH-752D Ujjain–Garoth Corridor near Dhanodiya, Madhya Pradesh. The site is strategically positioned close to Ujjain, which is expected to witness significant pilgrim and tourist traffic during the Simhastha Purna Kumbh Mela 2028, potentially enhancing the utilisation of the wayside amenities.

Additional Bids in Pipeline

Apart from the two awarded projects, PVV Infra has submitted bids for four additional Wayside Amenities projects across Andhra Pradesh and Uttar Pradesh. The company said these bids have already qualified technically, while the financial bid results are awaited.

The proposed projects include two sites on the Bengaluru–Chennai Expressway in Andhra Pradesh and two sites on the Delhi–Dehradun Corridor in Uttar Pradesh, strengthening the company's presence in India's highway infrastructure segment.
