Pavna Industries Q4 FY26 Performance

Pavna Industries reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 54.45 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026, compared with Rs 66.23 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, reflecting a decline of 17.78 per cent YoY. Total revenue stood at Rs 55.04 crore against Rs 66.98 crore in Q4 FY25, down 17.83 per cent YoY.

Despite lower revenue, the company reported improved profitability. Consolidated profit after tax attributable to shareholders rose to Rs 2.44 crore in Q4 FY26 from Rs 1.70 crore in the December 2025 quarter, registering a growth of 43.53 per cent QoQ. Total comprehensive income attributable to shareholders stood at Rs 2.36 crore during the quarter.

Profit before tax for the quarter came in at Rs 2.83 crore, compared with Rs 2.59 crore in the year-ago period, reflecting a growth of 9.27 per cent YoY. The company reported total expenses of Rs 52.21 crore during the quarter.

For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, Pavna Industries reported consolidated revenue from operations of Rs 297.04 crore, compared with Rs 308.24 crore in FY25, reflecting a decline of 3.63 per cent YoY. Total revenue stood at Rs 299.56 crore versus Rs 310.02 crore in the previous financial year, down 3.37 per cent YoY.

Profit before tax stood at Rs 7.92 crore for FY26, compared with Rs 11.16 crore in FY25, a decline of 29.03 per cent YoY. Consolidated profit after tax attributable to shareholders was Rs 4.61 crore against Rs 7.37 crore in the previous year, down 37.45 per cent YoY. Total comprehensive income attributable to shareholders stood at Rs 4.52 crore for FY26.

The company reported total expenses of Rs 289.06 crore during FY26, compared with Rs 298.86 crore in FY25, reflecting a decline of 3.28 per cent YoY. Finance costs declined significantly to Rs 6.40 crore from Rs 10.64 crore in the previous year, representing a reduction of 39.85 per cent YoY, while depreciation and amortisation expenses increased to Rs 14.32 crore.

Pavna Industries Balance Sheet Highlights

As of March 31, 2026, Pavna Industries reported consolidated total assets of Rs 377.29 crore, compared with Rs 278.77 crore a year earlier. Shareholders' equity stood at Rs 217.42 crore, while total borrowings were Rs 110.22 crore. Cash and cash equivalents increased to Rs 2.37 crore from Rs 1.15 crore as on March 31, 2025.

The company also identified Pavna Marketing Private Limited as its material subsidiary for FY27 based on the criteria prescribed under SEBI regulations.
