PNB Housing Finance Q4FY26 Results: QoQ and YoY Performance

On a QoQ basis, loan assets increased by around 6 per cent to Rs 87,347 crore in Q4FY26 from Rs 82,203 crore in Q3FY26. Disbursements rose significantly by about 50 per cent to Rs 9,355 crore from Rs 6,217 crore in the previous quarter.

Net interest income (NII) increased by around 1.4 per cent to Rs 813 crore from Rs 802 crore in Q3FY26. Profit after Tax (PAT) stood at Rs 656 crore, compared to Rs 520 crore in the previous quarter, marking a growth of approximately 26 per cent QoQ. Net interest margin (NIM) improved to 3.69 per cent in Q4FY26 from 3.63 per cent in Q3FY26.

On a YoY basis, loan assets increased by 15.3 per cent to Rs 87,347 crore in Q4FY26 from Rs 75,765 crore in Q4FY25. Disbursements rose sharply by 36.5 per cent to Rs 9,355 crore.

Net interest income (NII) grew by 10.8 per cent to Rs 813 crore, compared to Rs 734 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Profit after tax (PAT) stood at Rs 656 crore, registering a growth of 19.2 per cent YoY from Rs 550 crore.

PNB Housing Finance FY26 Performance

For the full financial year FY26, loan assets stood at Rs 87,347 crore, resulting in a growth of 15.3 per cent YoY. Disbursements increased by 20.8 per cent to Rs 26,548 crore. Net interest income rose by 13.1 per cent to Rs 3,110 crore, while profit after tax grew by 18.3 per cent to Rs 2,291 crore, compared to Rs 1,936 crore in FY25.

Business Growth and Operational Highlights

The company’s assets under management (AUM) crossed Rs 90,921 crore, marking a growth of around 13 per cent YoY. Retail loan assets grew by 16 per cent YoY to Rs 86,946 crore, contributing nearly the entire loan book.

Retail disbursements reached an all-time high of Rs 9,020 crore during Q4FY26, supported by strong growth in affordable and emerging market segments. The company also resumed corporate lending with disbursements of Rs 335 crore during the quarter.

Dividend Announcement

The board has announced a dividend of Rs 8 per equity share for FY26, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
