Prime Fresh Limited, a BSE-listed fruits and vegetables post-harvest supply-chain company, reported a strong operational performance for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company recorded a 15.7 per cent year-on-year (YoY) growth in revenue from operations to Rs 61.71 crore, while EBITDA increased 51 per cent YoY to Rs 6.07 crore. Profit after Tax (PAT) rose 50.8 per cent YoY to Rs 4.35 crore.
The company’s profitability improved during the quarter, supported by better operating efficiencies and an improving business mix. EBITDA margin expanded by 230 basis points YoY to 9.83 per cent, while PAT margin improved by 163 basis points YoY to 7.05 per cent.
Operational performance also remained strong, with sales tonnage reaching 17,982 MT in Q1 FY27, registering a growth of 68 per cent YoY and 7.5 per cent quarter-on-quarter. The company stated that onions remained the primary volume driver, while mangoes and pomegranates contributed towards improving the value mix.
Prime Fresh provides integrated agriculture value-chain solutions, including sourcing, aggregation, sorting, grading, packing, storage, Logistics, distribution and market linkage across multiple customer channels.
Commenting on the performance, Hiren Ghelani, Whole-time Director of Prime Fresh, highlighted that the company continued to build operating momentum, supported by traction across key categories and margin improvement in the Services Business. He added that disciplined cost control, stronger utilisation of the sourcing and distribution network, and improved product mix supported profitability during the quarter.
Going ahead, the company remains focused on strengthening sourcing capabilities, expanding higher-margin services and value-added categories, improving operational efficiencies and progressing its Cluster Development Programme initiatives aimed at enhancing post-harvest infrastructure and farmer linkages.
