Railway infra company receives an order of Rs 5,89,03,899.72 from Central Railway

Monarch Surveyors and Engineering Consultants Limited has been awarded a domestic contract by Central Railway valued at Rs 5,89,03,899.72 for the critical task of updating and computerising land plans for the Pune–Miraj doubling project. This mandate involves a comprehensive scope, including the reconciliation and certification of survey records, identifying unmutated land at the survey number level in both rural and urban areas, and finalising land maps for handover to the Pune Division's open line. The company has clarified that this is a cash-consideration project with no related party interests, and it is expected to bolster operational growth through the modernisation of railway land documentation.

Earlier, the company secured a significant domestic contract from North Central Railway valued at Rs 22,78,64,358.25. This project encompasses a comprehensive Final Location Survey involving geotechnical studies, design, and the preparation of detailed drawings and DPR/EPC tender documents for various railway infrastructure developments, including new lines, bypasses, flyovers, and multi-tracking projects. The company confirms that this transaction does not involve any related party interests and will be executed for cash consideration within the timelines stipulated by the contract.
