As part of the deal, Signature Global sold 35,69,731 shares to Millennia Realtors and its nominees at around Rs 158.84 per share, for a total of about Rs 56.70 crore. At the same time, Gurugram Commercity issued new shares worth around Rs 1,236.77 crore to Millennia Realtors.
With effect from March 30, 2026, Gurugram Commercity Limited is no longer a subsidiary of Signature Global and has become a 50:50 joint venture between Signature Global and Millennia Realtors.
