Aastha Spintex Board to Consider Bonus Issue, Dividend and Business Expansion

Aastha Spintex informed the stock exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at its registered office in Halvad, Gujarat, to consider several shareholder-focused proposals. The Board will consider issuing bonus equity shares in the ratio of up to 1:1, under which shareholders may receive one fully paid equity share for every share held, through the capitalisation of free reserves without raising fresh funds.

It will also consider declaring a final dividend of up to 100 per cent, equivalent to Rs 10 per equity share of face value Rs 10, subject to the availability of distributable profits and applicable regulatory approvals. In addition, the Board will deliberate on expanding into forward-integrated textile products, including grey fabric and other value-added fabric products under the company's proprietary brand.

The proposed expansion is supported by Aastha Spintex's enhanced cotton yarn manufacturing capacity of 17,457 metric tonnes per annum (MTPA) following the acquisition of Falcon and is aimed at increasing value addition and strengthening the company's long-term growth strategy.
