ACME Solar Commissions Additional BESS Capacity

ACME Solar Holdings informed exchanges that its wholly owned subsidiary, ACME Surya Power Private Limited, has commissioned additional 35.715 MW / 160.512 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) capacity located at Bikaner, Rajasthan.

The company stated that the commercial operation date for the newly commissioned capacity will be May 13, 2026. Following the latest commissioning, ACME Surya Power’s cumulative commissioned BESS capacity has increased to 210.938 MW / 947.899 MWh.

ACME Solar Shareholding PatternAs per the latest March 2026 shareholding pattern, promoters held 83.29 per cent stake in ACME Solar Holdings, unchanged compared to December 2025. Domestic Institutional Investors increased their stake marginally to 7.05 per cent from 6.87 per cent held in the previous quarter.

Foreign Institutional Investors reduced their holding to 3.60 per cent in March 2026 from 4.03 per cent in December 2025, while public shareholding increased to 5.96 per cent from 5.69 per cent during the same period.
