Concession Agreement Signed With NHAI

Ceigall India has executed a concession agreement with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) for a highway project in Punjab with an estimated project cost of Rs 603 crore, excluding GST.

The agreement was signed on June 9, 2026, through the company's special purpose vehicle, CEIGALL AMBALA CHANDIGARH ZIRAKPUR LIMITED, marking a key addition to its infrastructure project portfolio.

Ceigall India Project Details

The project involves the construction of a six-lane access-controlled spur connectivity starting from Ch. 15+100 of the Ambala-Chandigarh section of NH-205A and terminating at Ch. 2+500 of the Zirakpur Bypass.

The total project length is 10.300 kilometres and is aimed at improving highway connectivity in the region by linking the Ambala-Chandigarh corridor with the Zirakpur Bypass.

Ceigall India Hybrid Annuity Mode Project

The project will be developed under the Hybrid Annuity Mode (HAM) model. Under this framework, the developer is responsible for construction as well as long-term operation and maintenance of the asset.

As per the concession agreement, the project carries an 18-month construction period followed by a 15-year operation and maintenance period, providing long-term revenue visibility. The agreement formalises the implementation framework for the project and follows the company's earlier announcements regarding the award.

Ceigall India Shareholding Pattern

According to the latest shareholding pattern, Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) increased their stake in Ceigall India to 3.14 per cent in March 2026 from 2.90 per cent in December 2025. Meanwhile, Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) also increased their holding to 5.37 per cent from 5.08 per cent during the same period.

Ceigall India Stock Performance

Ceigall India has delivered strong returns since listing. The stock has generated a 46.76 per cent return over the last one year, significantly outperforming the BSE 500, which declined 4.42 per cent during the same period. The stock's 52-week high stands at Rs 376.60, while the 52-week low is Rs 226.50.
