According to the company's regulatory filing, the contract involves the supply of Electro-Optics Systems, a key segment within the defence electronics and optronics ecosystem. The company stated that the order is scheduled to be executed on or before September 2027.

The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and strengthens Paras Defence's order pipeline in the high-precision Electro-Optics segment.
The company clarified that the transaction does not qualify as a related-party transaction and that neither its promoters nor promoter group entities have any interest in Bharat Electronics Limited.
