Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the red on Friday with the Sensex down 0.83 per cent at 82,500 and the Nifty-50 down 0.81 per cent at 25,150. About 1,556 shares have advanced, 2,450 shares have declined and 156 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.65 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.70 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd, Piramal Enterprises Ltd, The Ramco Cements Ltd and Vishal Mega Mart Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Enviro Infra Engineers Ltd, Signpost India Ltd, Cupid Ltd and Elantas Beck India Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were traded mixed with the BSE FMCG Index and BSE Healthcare Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Focused IT Index and BSE Teck Index were the Top Losers.

As of July 11, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 456 lakh crore or USD 5.32 trillion. On the same day, 133 stocks hit a 52-week high while 42 stocks touched a 52-week low.
