Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the red on Monday with the Sensex down 0.30 per cent at 82,253 and the Nifty-50 down 0.27 per cent at 25,082. About 2,054 shares have advanced, 2,137 shares have declined and 149 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.67 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.57 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Ola Electric Mobility Ltd, Piramal Enterprises Ltd, Oil India Ltd and Emcure Pharmaceuticals Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Neuland Laboratories Ltd, Jaiprakash Power Ventures Ltd, John Cockerill India Ltd and Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were traded mixed with the BSE Realty Index and BSE Healthcare Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Focused IT Index and BSE Information Technology Index were the Top Losers.

As of July 14, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 458 lakh crore or USD 5.32 trillion. On the same day, 182 stocks hit a 52-week high while 57 stocks touched a 52-week low.
