Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen In These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in red on Thursday with the Sensex down 0.70 per cent at 84,404 and the Nifty-50 down 0.68 per cent at 25,878. About 1,876 shares have advanced, 2,291 shares have declined and 155 shares were unchanged on the BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,290.06 on October 23, 2025 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,104.20 on October 23, 2024.

The broader markets were in the mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 0.01 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index down 0.06 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were PB Fintech Ltd, Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd, Aditya Birla Capital Ltd and Oil India Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers were Associated Alcohols & Breweries Ltd, Hindustan Media Ventures Ltd, Xchanging Solutions Ltd and Kellton Tech Solutions Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were traded mixed with the BSE Industrials Index and BSE Oil & Gas Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE Teck Index and BSE Telecommunication Index were the Top Losers.

As of October 30, 2025, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 472 lakh crore or USD 5.33 trillion. On the same day, 179 stocks hit a 52-week high while 78 stocks touched a 52-week low.
