Shares Below Rs 100: Only Buyers Were Seen in These Stocks, Locked in Upper Circuit Today

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in green on Friday with the Sensex up 0.32 per cent at 83,580 and the Nifty-50 down 0.20 per cent at 25,694. About 1,925 shares have advanced, 2,266 shares have declined and 168 shares have been unchanged on the BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 86,056 on November 27, 2025 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,373.20 on January 05, 2026.

The broader markets were in the red territory, with the BSE 150 Mid-Cap Index down 0.11 per cent and the BSE 250 Small-Cap Index down 0.42 per cent. The top 150 mid-cap index gainers were Hitachi Energy India Ltd, Godfrey Phillips India Ltd, MRF Ltd and FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd. In contrast, the top 250 small-cap index gainers were Concord Biotech Ltd, Data Patterns (India) Ltd, Mahanagar Gas Ltd and Aster DM Healthcare Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices were traded mixed with the BSE FMCG Index and BSE Telecommunication Index being the Top Gainers while the BSE IT Index and BSE Focused IT Index were the Top Losers.

As of February 06, 2026, the market capitalisation of BSE-listed companies was approximately Rs 467 lakh crore or USD 5.16 trillion. On the same day, 83 stocks hit a 52-week high while 107 stocks touched a 52-week low.
