Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on November 25

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the green on Monday with the Sensex up 1.25 per cent at 80,110 and the Nifty-50 up 1.32 per cent at 24,222. About 2,693 shares have advanced, 1,358 shares have declined and 163 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the green territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index up 1.61 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 1.86 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Gillette India Ltd, Go Digit General Insurance Ltd and Central Bank of India. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are Poly Medicure Ltd, Krystal Integrated Services Ltd and Elgi Equipments Ltd.

On the sectoral front, all the indices were trading in green with the BSE Energy Index; BSE Industrials Index; BSE Capital Goods Index; BSE Oil & Gas Index; BSE Realty Index and BSE Bankex Index being the Top Gainers which jumped over 2 per cent each.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.40 lakh crore or USD 5.22 trillion as of November 25, 2024. On the same day, 206 stocks hit a 52-week high while 55 stocks touched a 52-week low.
