Shares below Rs 100: Only buyers were seen in these stocks on November 28

The BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty-50 indices are trading in the red on Thursday with the Sensex down 1.48 per cent at 79,044 and the Nifty-50 down 1.49 per cent at 23,914. About 2,211 shares have advanced, 1,726 shares have declined and 111 shares were unchanged on BSE. The BSE Sensex Index made a new 52-week high of 85,978.25 on September 27, 2024 and the NSE Nifty-50 Index made a new 52-week high of 26,277.35 on September 27, 2024.

The broader markets were in the mixed territory, with the BSE Mid-Cap Index down 0.06 per cent and the BSE Small-Cap Index up 0.41 per cent. The top mid-cap gainers were Solar Industries Ltd, SJVN Ltd and Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Ltd. In contrast, the top small-cap gainers are HLV Ltd, Deep Industries Ltd and Honasa Consumer Ltd.

On the sectoral front, the indices trading mixed with the BSE Utilities Index and BSE Oil & Gas Index were the only Top Gainers while the BSE IT Index and BSE Focused IT Index were the Top Losers.

BSE-listed companies' market capitalisation is approximately - Rs 4.43 lakh crore or USD 5.25 trillion as of November 28, 2024. On the same day, 203 stocks hit a 52-week high while 23 stocks touched a 52-week low.
