Gandhar Oil Refinery Q1 FY27 Results

On a consolidated basis, Gandhar Oil Refinery reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,731.93 crore in Q1 FY27, registering a 91.81 per cent YoY growth from Rs 902.96 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. Profit before tax (PBT) surged 729.96 per cent YoY to Rs 263.76 crore from Rs 31.78 crore, while net profit jumped 689.16 per cent YoY to Rs 205.89 crore from Rs 26.09 crore. Basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) increased to Rs 19.65 from Rs 2.68 in the year-ago quarter.

On a sequential basis, standalone revenue from operations increased from Rs 929.38 crore in Q4 FY26 to Rs 1,591.05 crore, while net profit rose from Rs 44.13 crore to Rs 178.82 crore, indicating a significant improvement in operating performance.

Board Declares Interim Dividend

The Board of Directors declared an interim dividend of Rs 2 per equity share, equivalent to 100 per cent of the face value of Rs 2 per share, for the financial year 2026-27. The company has fixed July 24, 2026, as the record date for determining the eligibility of shareholders to receive the interim dividend.

Other Key Developments

Apart from approving the quarterly financial results, the board scheduled the company's 34th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 11, 2026, through video conferencing. It also approved the appointment of Mr Shyam Chandrabhan Agrawal as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a term of five years, subject to shareholders' approval.

Further, the company approved the insertion of a new object clause in its Memorandum of Association to enable it to undertake activities related to investments and trading in financial instruments, securities, commodities, derivatives, currencies and other permitted financial products.
