The IPO is a book-built issue comprising a fresh issue of up to 29,45,600 equity shares of face value Rs 10 each. At the upper end of the price band, the issue size is up to Rs 22.68 crore. Finshore Management Services Limited is the Book Running Lead Manager, while Integrated Registry Management Services (P) Limited is the Registrar to the Issue.
IPO Proceeds to Fund Working Capital
Skytech Infinite Platform plans to utilise up to Rs 16.81 crore from the IPO proceeds towards meeting its working capital requirements. A portion of the proceeds will be used for issue-related expenses, while the remaining amount will be utilised for general corporate purposes, subject to applicable regulatory limits. The exact amount allocated towards issue-related expenses and general corporate purposes will be determined after finalisation of the issue price and updated in the Red Herring Prospectus or Prospectus.
According to the company, the proposed IPO is expected to strengthen its working capital position and support its ability to execute larger project requirements while expanding its presence across target markets.

FY26 Financial Performance
Skytech Infinite Platform reported total income of Rs 52.14 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 45.21 crore in FY25, registering a growth of 15.34 per cent YoY. Revenue from operations increased 14.41 per cent to Rs 51.65 crore.
EBITDA increased to Rs 6.65 crore in FY26 from Rs 6.13 crore in FY25, while profit after Tax rose 13.21 per cent YoY to Rs 4.20 crore from Rs 3.71 crore. The company attributed the improvement to higher operational volumes, new contracts and increased offtake from existing customers.
Industrial Automation Business
Skytech Infinite Platform is a Bengaluru-based provider of turnkey industrial automation solutions, with capabilities spanning design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, installation, commissioning and maintenance of automation control panels and integrated control systems.
The company has more than 15 years of experience and caters to customers across manufacturing, utilities and infrastructure sectors. Its product portfolio includes PCC panels, MCC panels, VFD panels, APFC panels, PLC panels and Control Desk panels, along with other customised automation solutions.
The company has developed relationships and authorisations with established global automation and instrumentation players, including Mitsubishi Electric, Exor India, Endress+Hauser and Euroteck. It operates from a manufacturing facility in Bengaluru and focuses on application-specific automation solutions.

Going forward, Skytech Infinite Platform plans to expand its customer base, strengthen its presence across manufacturing, utilities and infrastructure sectors and pursue opportunities in new geographies.
