Skipper Q4FY26 Results
Skipper reported a strong quarterly performance in the March quarter, with revenue from operations rising 29.4 per cent YoY to Rs 1,666.58 crore in Q4FY26, compared to Rs 1,287.75 crore in Q4FY25.
Profit before Tax came in at Rs 101.40 crore as against Rs 62.68 crore, registering a growth of 61.8 per cent YoY. Profit after tax surged 63.0 per cent YoY to Rs 78.06 crore from Rs 47.91 crore reported in the corresponding quarter last year. Earnings per share for the quarter stood at Rs 6.96 compared to Rs 4.30 in Q4FY25.
Skipper FY26 Annual Performance
For the financial year ended March 31, 2026, revenue from operations increased 20.1 per cent YoY to Rs 5,552.82 crore as against Rs 4,624.48 crore in FY25.
Profit before tax rose 41.7 per cent YoY to Rs 281.47 crore compared to Rs 198.65 crore in the previous financial year. Profit after tax jumped 42.7 per cent YoY to Rs 213.13 crore from Rs 149.35 crore reported in FY25. Annual earnings per share stood at Rs 18.88 against Rs 13.86.
Board Recommends Dividend and Approves Governance Changes
The Board of Directors has recommended a dividend of 10 per cent, translating into Re 0.10 per equity share of face value Re 1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholders’ approval at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.
Additionally, the Board approved an amendment in the Articles of Association, postal ballot notice for shareholder approval and redesignation of Mr G.S. Sainath as Chief Business Officer of Skipper Pipes with effect from April 28, 2026.
Engineering Products Continue to Drive Revenue
During Q4FY26, the Engineering Products segment remained the largest contributor with revenue of Rs 1,248.74 crore, followed by Infrastructure Projects at Rs 257.86 crore and Polymer Products at Rs 159.98 crore.
The company also reported total order execution strength across power transmission, telecom poles, Railway electrification, PVC pipes and infrastructure solutions, supporting revenue visibility going ahead.
