The order includes the supply of 20 MVA, 110/33–11 kV power Transformers valued at Rs 51.30 crore and the supply of 160 MVA, 220 kV transformers worth Rs 23.30 crore. The order is to be executed within a period of approximately 13 months. The company has clarified that the transaction is domestic in nature and does not fall under related party transactions, with no promoter group interest involved in the awarding entity.

Supreme Power Equipment Shareholding Pattern

As of March 2026, promoter holding remained stable at 57.16 per cent. Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) increased their stake to 0.58 per cent from 0.10 per cent in September 2025, indicating a rise in foreign investor participation. Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs) reduced their holding to 0.04 per cent from 0.10 per cent, while public shareholding stood at 42.22 per cent.
