He said the company sees opportunities from growing interest in premium home entertainment and connected living, and will focus on strengthening its market presence, enhancing customer experience and building Sollfege as a trusted name in premium home entertainment and smart living solutions.
Sollfege Smart Electronics has reported an improvement in its financial performance over the last three financial years. Total income increased from Rs 12.74 crore in FY23 to Rs 19.84 crore in FY24 and further to Rs 21.28 crore in FY25. EBITDA increased from Rs 0.66 crore in FY23 to Rs 1.73 crore in FY24 and Rs 3.24 crore in FY25.
Profit After Tax (PAT) rose from Rs 0.36 crore in FY23 to Rs 1.76 crore in FY24 and further to Rs 2.13 crore in FY25. The company said its FY25 performance reflected an improvement in operating profitability, supported by higher EBITDA and PAT as it continued to scale its business.
Sollfege operates in the premium audio, video and home automation segment. Established in 2012, the company initially focused on premium audio and video accessories before expanding its portfolio to home theatre systems, high-end audio, projectors, speakers and smart home automation solutions.
The company has also developed Experience Centres across select cities, allowing customers to explore and experience its products and solutions.
