The total invoice value of the orders stands at ₹9.69 crore, including GST. The basic order value is ₹8.21 crore, while IGST at 18 per cent amounts to ₹1.48 crore.

Details of the Orders

The orders cover the supply of 17 transformers in aggregate. These include 15 transformers with a capacity of 2,000 kVA each and two transformers with a capacity of 2,500 kVA each.

The transformers will be supplied for EV charging station development projects. The orders are domestic in nature.

Deliveries under the two purchase orders are scheduled between October 31, 2026, and March 31, 2027.

The orders have been placed by Megha Engineering & Infrastructures Ltd, with the pricing remaining firm and fixed.

Following the order announcement, Accord Transformer & Switchgear Ltd share price rose 5.87 per cent to Rs 66.00. The stock had closed at Rs 62.34 in the previous trading session and opened at Rs 64.45 on September 2.
