Stock Below Rs 20 Falls 9% Despite Securing 60-Month BSNL Empanelment; Check Details

On Monday, Indian benchmark indices traded lower, with the Nifty 50 declining 79.95 points, or 0.33 per cent, to 23,976.05. Amid the broader market weakness, Blue Cloud Softech Solutions share price declined 9.37 per cent to Rs 19.06, after the company announced its empanelment by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) as a Captive Non-Public Network (CNPN) Provider.

Empanelled by BSNL for Enterprise Private Network Projects

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions informed the stock exchanges that it has been empanelled by BSNL as a Captive Non-Public Network Provider (Category III) following the execution of a formal agreement between the two companies. The agreement is valid for 60 months, and the signed agreement was received by the company on June 25, 2026.

The empanelment enables Blue Cloud Softech to work with BSNL in planning, designing, deploying, commissioning and maintaining enterprise captive private network solutions across India. However, the company clarified that the empanelment does not guarantee any specific business or revenue, and the financial impact will depend on the projects secured in the future.

Opportunity in India's Growing Private Network Market

The company stated that Captive Non-Public Networks are becoming an important part of India's digital transformation, allowing enterprises to deploy secure, reliable and dedicated communication networks tailored to their operational requirements.

Through this empanelment, Blue Cloud Softech will be eligible to participate in enterprise CNPN projects with BSNL across sectors such as manufacturing, Logistics, utilities, healthcare, smart campuses, mining and other industrial applications. The development also strengthens the company's presence in the growing private 4G and 5G enterprise network ecosystem.
