Blue Cloud Softech Solutions informed the stock exchanges that it has been empanelled by BSNL as a Captive Non-Public Network Provider (Category III) following the execution of a formal agreement between the two companies. The agreement is valid for 60 months, and the signed agreement was received by the company on June 25, 2026.
The empanelment enables Blue Cloud Softech to work with BSNL in planning, designing, deploying, commissioning and maintaining enterprise captive private network solutions across India. However, the company clarified that the empanelment does not guarantee any specific business or revenue, and the financial impact will depend on the projects secured in the future.

The company stated that Captive Non-Public Networks are becoming an important part of India's digital transformation, allowing enterprises to deploy secure, reliable and dedicated communication networks tailored to their operational requirements.
