Elitecon International informed the exchanges that its Board has appointed Shri Vipin Sharma and Shri Pradeep Kumar as Executive Additional Directors, effective July 22, 2026, subject to shareholders' approval. The appointments were approved by the Board at its meeting held on July 22, 2026, and form part of the company's efforts to strengthen leadership as Banking operations resume and its operational revival gathers pace.
Promoter Returns to Lead Revival
According to the company, Shri Vipin Sharma, a promoter and second-generation entrepreneur, has returned to an executive role after stepping down from active corporate responsibilities in April 2026. He previously served as the Managing Director of Elitecon International and played a key role in transforming the company into a diversified enterprise by expanding its manufacturing base, strengthening its brand portfolio and growing its international presence.
The company also appointed Shri Pradeep Kumar, currently a Director of Golden Cryo Private Limited, a subsidiary of Elitecon International. He brings more than 23 years of experience in large-scale Construction and infrastructure, along with five years of experience in tobacco industry operations, and is expected to support the company's ongoing revival initiatives.
