Exceptional Items Boost Sequential Performance

The company clarified that the March 2026 quarter included exceptional expenses of Rs 491.95 million, primarily related to the Right of Recompense (RoR) settlement with a consortium of Banks and the impact arising from the implementation of new labour laws.
