Kajaria Ceramics reported a 6 per cent year-on-year increase in sales volume during the first quarter of FY27 despite a weak April. Consolidated revenue rose 20 per cent to Rs 1,328 crore, supported mainly by price hikes, while the EBITDA margin stood at 19.60 per cent.
The company also completed its share buyback of 21.5 lakh equity shares, representing 1.35 per cent of its paid-up equity capital as on March 31, 2026. The buyback was carried out at Rs 1,380 per share, with a total outlay of Rs 296.70 crore.
On the expansion front, Kajaria Ceramics announced another capacity addition at its Gailpur, Rajasthan manufacturing facility. The new capacity is expected to improve manufacturing efficiency and support future demand.
Park Medi World announced that it has completed the acquisition of an 80 per cent stake in V3 Healthcare Private Ltd on July 31, 2026. With the transaction complete, V3 Healthcare has become a subsidiary of the company. V3 Healthcare operates The Medicity Hospital in Rudrapur, a multi-super speciality hospital.
The company said it plans to acquire the remaining 20 per cent stake within the timeline announced earlier. It also informed investors that The Medicity Hospital, Rudrapur is scheduled to be launched on August 2, 2026.

The company's domestic market share improved by 2.3 percentage points to 41.2 per cent, aided by the commissioning of its second manufacturing plant at Kharkhoda. Despite the higher sales, dealer inventory remained low at around 13 days at the end of the quarter.
Net sales climbed 36 per cent year-on-year to Rs 49,959.1 crore in the first quarter of FY27 from Rs 36,620.6 crore in the corresponding quarter last year. However, rising raw material costs, which intensified during the geopolitical conflict, weighed on profitability. Net profit declined to Rs 3,352.1 crore from Rs 3,758.1 crore in the year-ago period despite the strong growth in revenue and volumes.
