The Nifty 50 settled at 24,250.20, up 264.85 points, or 1.10 per cent. It marked the benchmark's biggest single-day gain in the last seven weeks. The Sensex climbed 888.68 points, or 1.16 per cent, to close at 77,654.60.

1. Vikran Engineering Ltd

Vikran Engineering announced the successful commissioning of the 132 kV Miao–Namsai transmission line in Arunachal Pradesh.

The project spans 40.63 kilometres and includes the Construction of 138 transmission tower foundations. According to the company, the project involved two technically challenging pile foundations that were executed under difficult geological conditions.

2. Aequs Ltd

Aequs reported revenue of Rs 395.5 crore for the first quarter of FY27, registering growth of 55 per cent year-on-year and 8 per cent quarter-on-quarter. The growth was primarily driven by continued momentum in its Aerospace business and the scale-up of its consumer programmes.

The company reported a net loss of Rs 53.2 crore during the quarter. This was an improvement from the reported net loss of Rs 54.1 crore in the previous quarter. Excluding the exceptional gain of Rs 9 million recorded in the March quarter, the adjusted net loss for the previous quarter stood at Rs 63.1 crore. On a like-for-like basis, the company's loss narrowed sequentially.

3. Ameenji Rubber Ltd

Ameenji Rubber has received a Letter of Acceptance from the Office of the Principal Chief Materials Manager, Eastern Railway, Kolkata, for the manufacture and supply of Composite Grooved Rubber Pads.

The order is valued at approximately Rs 47.47 crore, including 18 per cent GST. The contract relates to the manufacture and supply of composite grooved rubber pads for the railway network. The order is expected to strengthen the company's Order Book and support its business in the railway components segment.
