Stocks to Watch Tomorrow
Three stocks could attract investor attention on Tuesday after major business updates, with Jupiter Wagons, JSW Energy and Aegis Logistics announcing developments across battery storage, renewable energy and logistics.
✨ Key Takeaways
The Nifty 50 and Sensex ended nearly flat on Monday as weaker-than-expected US jobs data eased concerns over near-term rate hikes. However, elevated crude oil prices amid continued uncertainty in the Middle East limited gains.
The Nifty 50 closed at 24,583.80, rising 13.15 points or 0.05 per cent. The Sensex gained 43.27 points or 0.06 per cent to end at 78,542.44. The Bank Nifty declined 0.10 per cent, while India VIX remained around the 12 mark.

Brent crude prices rose above USD 84 per barrel for the fourth consecutive session, with uncertainty surrounding the reopening of the Strait of Hormuz continuing to support oil prices. Iran and Oman are yet to finalise an agreement to reopen the strategic waterway. Mixed signals from Tehran and Washington have also added uncertainty over the timing of a possible agreement.
Against this backdrop, here are the stocks that could remain in focus during Tuesday's trading session.
Jupiter Wagons Ltd emerged as the successful bidder for two standalone Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects with a combined capacity of 100 MW/400 MWh. The projects were awarded by West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Ltd (WBSEDCL) through e-reverse auctions conducted under the Tariff-Based Competitive Bidding (TBCB) mechanism.
The projects are located at Jeerat and Kharagpur in West Bengal. They will be executed and operated through JEM, a subsidiary of Jupiter Wagons Ltd. The development strengthens the company's presence in India's growing battery energy storage segment, as demand for storage solutions increases alongside the expansion of renewable energy capacity.
JSW Energy announced the addition of 1,166 MW of renewable energy capacity since April 2026. According to the company, the latest additions mean it has already crossed 94 per cent of its total organic capacity addition achieved during FY26.
JSW Energy's total installed capacity has also increased to 14,920 MW following the recent completion of the acquisition of Maruti Clean Coal and Power Ltd. The company said it continues to follow a dual strategy of expanding its renewable energy portfolio while maintaining a strong thermal power base. It aims to balance the growth of clean energy capacity with the need for grid reliability and energy security.
Aegis Logistics commissioned a specialised ammonia storage terminal at Pipavav Port. The terminal, which became operational on August 10, 2026, has a static storage capacity of 36,000 metric tonnes. It has been developed by Aegis Logistics on behalf of Aegis Terminal (Pipavav) Ltd, a step-down subsidiary of the company.
The facility is designed for the storage and terminalling of ammonia. Aegis Logistics said the terminal will subsequently be transferred to Aegis Terminal (Pipavav), with details of the transfer to be communicated to the stock exchanges separately.
