NITCO Ltd entered into a joint venture with The House of Abhinandan Lodha (HoABL) for the development of a 40-acre premium mixed-use project in Alibaug.
The project will be developed across land parcels located in Thal and Lonare villages in Alibaug. The development is expected to generate revenue of around ₹4,500 crore over five years. Under the proposed arrangement, NITCO is expected to receive approximately ₹1,500 crore in revenue, while HoABL is projected to generate around ₹3,000 crore.
The project is planned as a premium mixed-use development, with luxury apartments, townhouses and hospitality facilities. HoABL is expected to invest around ₹1,000 crore, largely towards Construction and development.
The development gives NITCO an opportunity to unlock value from its land assets while expanding its presence in the premium Real Estate segment.
2. Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd
Samvardhana Motherson International Ltd's subsidiary, Motherson Electro Components Ltd, commenced operations at a new greenfield manufacturing facility in Pune, Maharashtra.
The facility adds Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) capabilities to the company's Lighting & Electronics vertical. It will manufacture printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs), electronic control units (ECUs) and other related electronic products.
The facility has an initial installed capacity of approximately 1.5 million pieces per year, which is expected to be increased in phases. The company has invested around ₹94 crore in the facility so far. The plant received its consent to operate on August 25, 2026.
The new facility strengthens Motherson's capabilities in electronics manufacturing and adds capacity in areas linked to automotive electronics.
3. Leapfrog Engineering Services Ltd
Leapfrog Engineering Services Ltd has received a second purchase order from Tasneea Oil & Gas Technology in the Sultanate of Oman, putting the stock on the radar for Thursday's session.
The order, received on August 26, 2026, is for the design, engineering, supply and commissioning of power and distribution Transformers.
The total order value stands at USD 1.47 million, or approximately ₹12 crore based on an exchange rate of around ₹85 per USD. The order is part of the company's normal course of business.
