Tanla Platforms Q1 FY27 Results

Tanla Platforms reported revenue from operations of Rs 1,226 crore in Q1 FY27, registering a 17.8 per cent YoY growth from Rs 1,041 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Gross profit increased 25.1 per cent YoY to Rs 326 crore, while EBITDA rose 22.7 per cent YoY to Rs 201 crore.

The company's profit after tax (PAT) grew 20.1 per cent YoY to Rs 142 crore, compared to Rs 118 crore in Q1 FY26. Earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs 10.77, while free cash flow came in at Rs 126 crore, representing 89 per cent of PAT. On a sequential basis, revenue, EBITDA and PAT grew 4.1 per cent, 4.9 per cent and 5.8 per cent, respectively.

According to the consolidated financial statements, profit before tax (PBT) increased to Rs 181.28 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 147.44 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, while total income rose to Rs 1,240.49 crore from Rs 1,052.66 crore.

During the quarter, London Business School published a case study on Tanla's Wisely.ai deployment with Indosat, highlighting how the AI-native platform protects more than 100 million users in Indonesia from spam and scam communications. The company also received Special Recognition at the IIT Madras Social Impact Awards 2026 for its Cyberabad Traffic Pulse initiative.
