Total expenses increased to Rs 947.31 crore in Q1 FY27 from Rs 881.72 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Profit before exceptional items and Tax stood at Rs 325.29 crore, compared with Rs 245.45 crore in Q1 FY26, marking an increase of 32.53 per cent YoY.

Consolidated profit before tax stood at Rs 325.29 crore in Q1 FY27, compared with Rs 245.45 crore in Q1 FY26, registering growth of 32.52 per cent YoY. After tax expenses of Rs 46.31 crore, consolidated profit for the period stood at Rs 240.12 crore, compared with Rs 182.41 crore in the year-ago quarter, representing an increase of 31.64 per cent YoY.

Total comprehensive income increased to Rs 243.02 crore from Rs 185.67 crore in Q1 FY26. Basic EPS stood at Rs 4.96, compared with Rs 3.78 in the corresponding quarter, while diluted EPS increased to Rs 4.87 from Rs 3.70.

INDO-MIM Completes IPO and Announces Interim Dividend

INDO-MIM completed its Initial Public Offering comprising an offer for sale of 6,82,91,022 equity shares and a fresh issue of 1,03,27,835 equity shares at an issue price of Rs 485 per share. The company's equity shares were listed on the BSE and NSE on July 30, 2026.

During Q1 FY27, the company paid an aggregate interim dividend of Rs 6.80 per equity share, comprising a first interim dividend of Rs 3.50 per share and a second interim dividend of Rs 3.30 per share. The respective cash outflows were approximately Rs 169.45 crore and Rs 159.77 crore.
