The company has also launched a new Gemini Experience Center in Mexico City in collaboration with Google Cloud. The facility is TCS' ninth Gemini Experience Center globally and its second in Latin America. The centre is designed to help organisations accelerate business transformation and enterprise AI adoption.

3,000 AI Agents at New Experience Center

The newly launched Gemini Experience Center is equipped with more than 3,000 industry- and context-aware AI agents built by TCS with Gemini Enterprise. These agents are designed to integrate into customer environments and support various enterprise use cases.

During the launch, TCS demonstrated AI-led solutions including intelligent process assessment, fraud investigation for financial institutions, automated insurance claims processing and generative AI-powered data acceleration.

TCS will combine its consulting, engineering and innovation capabilities with Google Cloud's technology ecosystem at the new centre. The facility is intended to help organisations move from experimentation to implementation of AI solutions and reduce the time required to achieve business outcomes.

AI Expansion Across Industries

The Gemini Experience Center will support the development of industry-specific AI solutions across financial services, retail and consumer goods, manufacturing, healthcare and life sciences, and energy and utilities.

The launch is part of TCS' strategy to expand its global network of innovation centres and support responsible AI adoption through collaboration between businesses, specialised talent and technology. The company had launched its first Gemini Experience Center in Latin America in São Paulo, Brazil, in 2025.

TCS Strengthens Mexico Presence

TCS has been present in Mexico since 2003 and currently serves more than 260 clients through a workforce of over 12,000 associates. The company operates in Mexico City, Guadalajara, Querétaro and Monterrey, making the country a strategic market for its Latin American operations.

TCS stated that its goal is to become the world's largest AI-powered technology services company, enabling customers to transform across the AI value chain from infrastructure to intelligence. The company generated consolidated revenue of more than USD 30 billion for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2026.
