The two contracts have an aggregate value of Rs 7,40,06,30,000, including GST. Krystal Integrated Services has a 40 per cent share in the consortium, amounting to Rs 296.03 crore. Both contracts have a tenure of two years. The consortium operates under the name LC Infra – Krystal Consortium, with LC Infra Projects Private Limited as the Lead Member and Krystal Integrated Services as the Technical Member.

Pune Order Details

The Pune Division work order, bearing Work Order No. MUDM/SMM/UWM-Emp/1087/2026-27 dated August 6, 2026, was received by the company through email on August 10, 2026.

The aggregate contract value of the Pune order is Rs 1,60,12,30,000, including GST, while Krystal Integrated Services' 40 per cent share in the consortium amounts to Rs 64.05 crore. The order covers the development of Sewage Treatment Plants, I & D and sewer networks on an EPC basis for the Pune Revenue Division. The contract is to be executed over a period of two years.

Nagpur Order Details

The Nagpur Division work order, bearing Work Order No. MUDM/SMM/UWM-Emp/1088/2026-27, was also received by the company via email on August 10, 2026. The aggregate contract value of the Nagpur order stands at Rs 5,79,94,00,000, including GST, with Krystal Integrated Services holding a 40 per cent share amounting to Rs 231.98 crore. The order involves the development of Sewage Treatment Plants, I & D and sewer networks on an EPC basis for the Nagpur Revenue Division and carries an execution period of two years.

The company has stated that the promoter, promoter group or group companies have no interest in the entities awarding the orders. The company has also disclosed that the contracts do not fall under related-party transactions.

FII Stake Rises; Promoter Holding Unchanged

According to the shareholding pattern, the FII holding in Krystal Integrated Services increased from 1.25 per cent in March 2026 to 1.77 per cent in June 2026, an increase of 0.52 percentage points. DII holding remained unchanged at 3.76 per cent during the same period, while promoter holding remained steady at 69.96 per cent.

Public shareholding declined from 25.02 per cent in March 2026 to 24.51 per cent in June 2026. The number of shareholders also declined from 22566 in March 2026 to 21784 in June 2026.
