The proposed buyback represents 2.73 per cent of the company’s existing paid-up equity share capital. The buyback size represents 9.81 per cent and 7.55 per cent of the aggregate paid-up capital and free reserves based on the latest audited standalone and consolidated financial statements as of March 31, 2026.
The company has fixed May 29, 2026, as the record date for determining eligible shareholders entitled to participate in the buyback offer.
CyberTech Share Price Performance
