This Tech-enabled B2B Company Secures Rs 8,000,000,000 Procurement MoU with Capacité Infraprojects Ltd

In a significant development for the industry, Arisinfra Solutions Ltd has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Capacité Infraprojects Ltd, one of India’s leading construction contractors. The agreement outlines the procurement of construction materials worth Rs 800 crore over a five-year period through the ARIS platform. To current knowledge, this represents one of the first long-term, formally structured procurement commitments of its kind in the Indian construction sector.

The partnership builds upon an already established and successful relationship between the two companies. To date, they have transacted over Rs 600 crore in construction materials across more than 15 project sites. These transactions have spanned over 100 material stock-keeping units (SKUs), including stone aggregates, ready-mix concrete, steel, electrical components, and plumbing supplies. This has been supported by a robust vendor network of over 500 suppliers integrated within the ARIS ecosystem.

Under the terms of the MoU, Capacité Infraprojects Ltd will formally consolidate and scale its procurement operations onto the ARIS platform, transitioning from ad hoc sourcing practices to a structured, multi-year procurement model. This shift is expected to enhance supply reliability, improve price visibility, and drive operational efficiencies across its project portfolio.
