Meanwhile, Gland Pharma Ltd, JK Paper Ltd and The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.
Gland Pharma Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 2.42 per cent to trade at Rs 2,937.85 apiece. The company recently announced that its management will hold one-on-one meetings with several investment funds on September 3, 4 and 7, 2026. The stock has also remained in focus following its strong Q1 performance and recent USFDA-related developments.
JK Paper Ltd, an S&P BSE company, gained 2.25 per cent to trade at Rs 409.50 apiece. The company recently reported strong Q1 FY27 results, with consolidated net profit rising 55.7 per cent YoY to around Rs 113 crore, while its FY26 sustainability report highlighted a turnover of Rs 7,037.19 crore.
The Leela Palaces, Hotels and Resorts Ltd, an S&P BSE company, rose 2.03 per cent to trade at Rs 586.75 apiece. The company has been expanding its luxury hospitality portfolio, including a planned Rs 185 crore investment in Buildminds for an Ayodhya hotel project, while its Leela brand was ranked the No. 2 Best Hotel Brand in the World in the Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards 2026.
