On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals dropped by 1.66 per cent, power plunged by 0.64 per cent, and auto slipped by 0.98 per cent.

Meanwhile, Pearl Global Industries Ltd, Hatsun Agro Product Ltd and Birlasoft Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.

 

Pearl Global Industries Ltd surged 2.38 per cent to trade at Rs 1,217.40 apiece. The company has fixed September 11, 2026, as the record date for determining shareholders eligible for its Bonus issue.

Hatsun Agro Product Ltd surged 2.33 per cent to trade at Rs 1,219.95 apiece. Hatsun Agro Product recently reported a 19.31 per cent year-on-year rise in Q1 FY27 standalone revenue to Rs 3,090.49 crore, while it also declared an interim Dividend of Rs 10 per share.

Birlasoft Ltd surged 2.01 per cent to trade at Rs 281.10 apiece. The company recently reported Q1 FY27 revenue of Rs 1,379.40 crore, up 2.28 per cent sequentially.
