Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

These three stocks were the top gainers on BSE in the pre-opening session today. 

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 111.14 points or 0.14 per cent.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.02 per cent, power zoomed by 0.24 per cent, and auto surged by 0.09 per cent.

Meanwhile, Chalet Hotels Ltd, Pricol Ltd, and Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.

Chalet Hotels Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 15.34 per cent to trade at Rs 1,049.90 apiece. Chalet Hotels Ltd reported a robust performance in its Q1 FY26 results, with total revenue rising 146 per cent year-on-year to Rs 910 crore. The company's EBITDA stood at Rs 370 crore, marking a 150 per cent increase compared to Q1 FY25. Net profit (PAT) surged 235 per cent to reach Rs 200 crore during the quarter.

Pricol Ltd, an S&P BSE company, rose 6.24 per cent to trade at Rs 458.95 apiece. Pricol Ltd, one of India’s leading auto component manufacturers, reported its consolidated results for Q1-FY26 on July 31, 2025. The company posted revenue from operations of Rs 877.66 crore, marking a 45.57 per cent growth compared to Q1-FY25. EBITDA stood at Rs 101.86 crore, reflecting a 26.30 per cent year-on-year rise, with an EBITDA margin of 11.61 per cent. Profit After Tax (PAT) for the quarter came in at Rs 49.89 crore, showing a growth of 9.51 per cent over the same period last year.

Ganesh Housing Corporation Ltd, an S&P BSE company, climbed 5.80 per cent to trade at Rs 945.80 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
