Top three stocks that saw heavy demand from buyers in the pre-opening session today

At the pre-opening bell, the frontline index S&P BSE Sensex opened in red with a loss of 265 points or 0.31 per cent.

On the sectoral front, in the pre-opening session, metals jumped by 0.13 per cent, power zoomed by 0.14 per cent, and auto surged by 0.27 per cent.

Meanwhile, Godrej Industries Ltd, Jyothy Labs Ltd and D B Realty Ltd emerged as the Top Gainers of BSE in the pre-opening session today.

Godrej Industries Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 4.44 per cent to trade at Rs 1,060.85 apiece. The company has announced its Q3 FY26 result.

Jyothy Labs Ltd, an S&P BSE company, gained 4.43 per cent to trade at Rs 263.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

D B Realty Ltd, an S&P BSE company, advanced 3.80 per cent to trade at Rs 133.95 apiece. The company has announced its Q3 FY26 result.
