Valor Estate Ltd (formerly DB Realty Ltd) on March 30, 2026, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary MIG (Bandra) Realtors Pvt Ltd has entered into an agreement with Adani Goodhomes Pvt Ltd to acquire 100 per cent stake in Radius Estates and Developers Pvt Ltd for a cash consideration of Rs 383 crore. Upon completion, Radius Estates will become an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The acquisition, aimed at consolidating its Real Estate portfolio, is subject to conditions including release of pledged shares and is expected to be completed by December 2027.
