Afcons Infrastructure Ltd, an S&P BSE company, surged 8.01 per cent to trade at Rs 352.70 apiece. Afcons Infrastructure Ltd said it has emerged as the most suitable bidder for a major Railway rehabilitation and Construction project in Europe valued at €677.07 million (around Rs 7,544 crore), marking the company’s entry into the European market and its largest international order so far. The project includes reconstruction of an existing railway track, construction of a second track line, along with electrification, signalling and telecommunication works.

TVS Holdings Ltd, an S&P BSE company, jumped 7.76 per cent to trade at Rs 15,199.95 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces. 

APL Apollo Tubes Ltd, an S&P BSE company, gained 5.99 per cent to trade at Rs 836.00 apiece. The company has not made any significant announcements of late. Hence, the rally in the share price could be driven purely by the market forces.
