Indo Tech Transformers Limited has secured a significant domestic contract valued at Rs 64.99 crore (plus Taxes) from ReNew Wind Energy (JAMB) Private Limited, as formally communicated via a Letter of Intent dated January 08, 2026. Under the terms of this agreement, which complies with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements, the company is tasked with the manufacture and supply of six 220 kV – 165 MVA transformers. This high-value order is scheduled for execution within a specific delivery window spanning from February 2027 to May 2027, representing a notable addition to the company's Order Book in the renewable energy infrastructure sector.
