According to the regulatory filing dated January 1, 2026, the contract entails the supply of 10 MVA, 33/11 KV Power Transformers. This project is scheduled to be executed within a six-month timeframe, and the company confirmed that the transaction does not involve any interest from promoter groups or related party dealings.
