Apollo Micro Systems Receives NSE and BSE Approval

Apollo Micro Systems informed the exchanges that the NSE and BSE have granted trading approvals for 1,42,94,072 equity shares of Re 1 each, issued upon the conversion of convertible warrants that were allotted to non-promoter investors on a preferential basis. The approvals were granted on July 22, 2026, and the newly issued shares have been admitted for trading on both exchanges with effect from July 23, 2026.

The total allotment comprises 33,85,362 equity shares allotted on June 8, 2026, 87,65,615 equity shares allotted on June 17, 2026, and 21,43,095 equity shares allotted on June 23, 2026. All these shares were issued at Rs 114 per share, including a premium of Rs 113 per share, following the conversion of preferential warrants held by non-promoter investors.

New Shares to Remain Under Lock-in Until January 2027

The company stated that all the newly listed equity shares will remain under a lock-in period until January 23, 2027, in accordance with SEBI regulations governing preferential allotments. Apollo Micro Systems also confirmed that the shares will rank pari-passu with the existing equity shares of the company in all respects from the date of listing.
