Wipro Limited announced an expanded partnership with ServiceNow to implement and scale agentic AI workflows across core enterprise functions, including IT, HR, procurement and cybersecurity. The collaboration aims to help enterprises streamline operations through AI-powered workflow automation and governance.

Under the expanded partnership, Wipro will integrate Wipro Intelligence™, its unified suite of AI-powered platforms, solutions and transformative offerings, with the ServiceNow AI Platform. Focus On Enterprise AI Adoption

According to the company, the collaboration is intended to help enterprises accelerate turnaround times, improve accountability and strengthen operational governance by embedding agentic AI into secure and policy-aligned workflows.

The companies stated that the partnership will connect data, decisions and execution across enterprise departments that traditionally operate in silos, enabling organisations to implement AI-driven workflows at scale.

That’s what this partnership makes real. When agentic AI runs inside secure workflows, ideas start delivering real results and the agentic enterprise becomes possible."
