HCG Launches New Cancer Hospital In Hebbal

HealthCare Global Enterprises informed exchanges that the company launched a new comprehensive cancer hospital in Byatarayanapura (Hebbal), North Bengaluru. The company stated that the facility has been launched to strengthen access to advanced oncology care in the region.

According to the filing, the new facility with up to 132 beds introduces Karnataka’s first Elekta Unity MR-Linac, described by the company as one of the world’s most advanced precision radiation therapy platforms. The technology combines MRI imaging with a linear accelerator to enable adaptive and highly precise cancer treatment.

The company stated that the hospital has been designed as a full-spectrum oncology centre bringing together diagnosis, treatment, recovery support and patient-centric care under one roof.

Advanced Oncology Infrastructure

HCG stated that the hospital is equipped with Accuray TomoTherapy with Radixact and an 80-slice Digital PET-CT scanner for diagnostic imaging and radiation oncology services.

The facility also includes five robotic-assisted modular operation theatres, 19 chemotherapy daycare beds, 14 premium treatment bays and a 15-bed ICU and HDU setup. Additional services include endoscopy, bronchoscopy, ultrasound, X-ray, mammography, histopathology and blood storage facilities.

The company further stated that the total built-up area of the facility is around 1,75,086 square feet and the centre has been developed as a comprehensive cancer management hub supported by multidisciplinary oncology care.
